Important Note: Employees of Techni-Data Services (W-2 wage earners) are eligible for Health & Pension benefits, whereas consultants who are working under contract and are paid as 1099 consultants are not eligible for these benefits. Please refer to our "1099 vs. W-2" page for further clarification provided by our legal counsel.

One of the most important benefits that we provide is a secure, financially sound environment. We will always strive to provide you with the same professional service that you provide to our Clients.

• Information -
• TDS will always share information with you about the Client and the contract under which you are working.
• We will provide you with a copy of the contract at your request so that you are able to see all terms of the contract, including the fees.
• Project Status -
• TDS will communicate with you at least once weekly on the status of your project.
• We will verify with the Client the status of the project, your personal progress, etc. - and of course will share that information with you.
• We will communicate any changes (or potential changes) in the length of the contract.
• Marketing -
• TDS will aggressively attempt to keep you employed.
• Assist with keeping your skills at the peek level by sharing in the costs of your continued education and skill development - keeping you at the highest level of marketability.
• We will maintain all necessary affiliations and use them to market our Consultants.
• Benefits -
• TDS provides all W-2 wage earners with Health Benefits. These benefits are provided over and above wages from any Client contract.
• We provide all W-2 wage earners with access to a Keogh account.
